Tuna Salpicao

Serves: 2 - 3 persons

Ingredients:
300 gms Tuna fillet
3 tbls Knorr Liquid Seasoning
6 cloves of garlic, chopped
2 tbls extra virgin olive oil
1 tbls butter

 
Knorr liquid seasoning


Instructions:
  • Slice the tuna into cubes and pour the 3 tbls Knorr seasoning.
  • Marinate the tuna for 30 minutes to 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  • Heat olive oil and butter to the pan in a medium high heat.
  • When oil is already hot, saute the garlic.
  • After one minute, add the tuna together with the marinade and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Keep in mind that the garlic will burn if cooked for too long.
  • Plate and sprinkle with a little bit more of the Knorr Liquid Seasoning.

  • Serve immediately.
